I loved the location and the hotel services. The concierge was very attentive.
Staff informed us that clean rooms were not available when we checked in. They assured us that we would be called to our cell phone when a room was ready. After 3:00 P.M. we returned to the hotel. Our room was clean, but no one called and staff was not friendly when we asked why they had not called.

Great location, good gym, free wi fi, great size rooms (esp for nyc). My bathroom was bigger than room across the road at the standard. Staff & service was ok too
Its not as cool and trendy as before or as the standard, so the clientele in bar & rooftop can be mixed.
